I completely agree with you on the frustration of documenation folks. But, I must point out, that it doesn&#039;t need a process to spook documentation. It can just be the marketing folks requiring documents well before a feature is created and then the production team changing the interface resulting in the marketing documents having to be changed when the help file is just crying for attention. Been there, done that.</description>
